Refund policy

 

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • With all original tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation)

To start a return, email us at info@theveamio.com. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address based on your location. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.


 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is completed, we’ll send out the new size.


 

Order Cancellation

 

Once your order is placed, it is processed quickly through our automated warehouse system. Therefore, we cannot guarantee cancellations after your order has been confirmed. However, if you need to make urgent changes to your address or item variant, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist before the order ships.


 

Damaged or Wrong Items

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@theveamio.com, and we’ll make it right.


 

Non-returnable Items

 

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods or personal care products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The same return conditions apply: the product must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.


 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
